1. Power End: The frame is made of steel welded plates, it has high strength, high rigidity and light weight, and stress-relieving is used after being welded. The transmission gears are integral involute herringbone, with smooth running, high efficiency and long service life. The crankshaft is hollow one-piece casting. At the Power End, we adopt splash and forced lubrication. Lubricating is reliable. The tooth ring, piston rod and other facilities are tightened firmly with lock nut, connection is reliable, disassembling is convenient. The bearing are TIMKEN brand.

2. Fluid End: Apply the L-type Fluid End, which includes high pressure discharge hydraulic cylinder and suction hydraulic cylinder, discharge manifold, high pressure discharge pulsation dampener, and suction pulsation dampener and high pressure shear relief valve, etc. It has the property of smooth flow and convenient maintenance . The hydraulic cylinder is made of the alloy forging steel, the intensity is big, the pressure resistance is high . The Discharge pulsation dampener uses forged spheric precompression pulsation dampener, the fluid flow discharge is steady, safety and reliable. The valve pot dimensions conform to the API Spec 7k standards.
